About

Welcome to our Autism Caregiver Support Community 🤍

This space was created from real life—long days, quiet worries, small victories, and the deep love we carry for our children. As a caregiver myself, I understand that this journey can feel overwhelming, isolating, and at times, exhausting.

Here, you are not alone.

This community is a safe place for caregivers who support children and individuals with autism. It’s a space to share, learn, ask questions, and be supported without judgment. Whether you are just beginning your journey or have years of experience, your voice matters here.

Inside, you’ll find support, resources, practical tools, and real conversations from people who truly understand.

We are here to lift each other up, share what works, and walk this journey together—one step at a time.

🤍 You are seen🤍 You are supported🤍 You are not alone

Group Rules

Lead with Kindness and Respect

Everyone’s journey is different. Speak to others with compassion, patience, and understanding—always.

No Judgment Zone

There is no “perfect” way to care for someone with autism. This is a safe space to share openly without fear of criticism or shame.

Confidentiality is Essential

What is shared in the group stays in the group. Respect each caregiver’s privacy and personal experiences.
